Delivery & Returns Policy

1. BOXBOX Appreciation Period:  

Except for foods that are prone to spoilage and have a short shelf life (which is about to expire when returning/canceling), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, opened audio-visual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, opened personal hygiene products, etc., which are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period according to the “Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communication Transactions”, there will be a 7-day product appreciation period from the time the product arrives in your hands (the 7th day of arrival is a holiday).

2. BOXBOX退貨須知: 

The returned goods must be unused, and there is no damage or failure caused by non-human defects, and the 7-day appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to hesitate and confirm whether the goods meet your needs, not a trial period for the goods; If you want to return the goods, please notify us within 7 days after you receive the goods (the 7th day of arrival is postponed as a holiday). 

Please email to support@boxboxtw.com and fill in your name, contact information, and order number, and we will contact you with a special person.  

  • The returned goods must be in new condition, that is, the integrity of the goods, packaging, gifts and invoices must be maintained. Please forgive us for the following circumstances: more than the 7-day appreciation period, lost invoices, product tags have been cut, inner packaging bags are damaged, products have been processed, event gifts have not been returned, and clothing has powder stains. Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases. 
  • Personal hygiene products such as underwear, swimsuits, socks, and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned. 
  • Please keep the product intact (the items contained in the first point above) and packaging, and send it back to BOXBOX company address 505 No. 502, Liaocuo Lane, Liaocuo Li, Lugang Town, Changhua County. 
  • If you do not meet the conditions for return or exchange due to incomplete information, we will ask you to complete the return and exchange information and complete the return process. 
  • The delivery costs incurred when returning the product will be borne by the consumer. 
  • After completing the procedure: BOXBOX will transfer the amount to your designated account or credit card according to the refund policy of the product you purchased. 
  • BOXBOX accepts returns, limited to one per order. (The same order can only be returned or exchanged).

All products of Powered by BOXBOX are customized and printed by BOXBOX for buyers, and the clothes cannot be reused after recycling. Therefore, we do not provide return service. 

Please be sure to confirm your design and product specifications before placing an order. 

3. BOXBOX product resize process:   

When you receive the goods but the size of the clothes does not meet your needs, as long as the goods are received within seven days (the 7th day of arrival is postponed as a holiday), the goods are complete and have not been cut, you can change the size (except for overseas orders), the customer will send the original product back, and BOXBOX will send a new designated size to the customer free of charge. However, the shipping fee for the return of the product shall be absorbed by the customer.

All products of Powered by BOXBOX are customized and printed by BOXBOX for buyers, and the clothes cannot be reused after recycling. Therefore, we do not provide return service. 

Please be sure to confirm your design and product specifications before placing an order. 

4. BOXBOX product defect replacement process   

If the goods provided to you by BOXBOX are defective, BOXBOX will provide a replacement service (except for overseas orders). BOXBOX will fully subsidize the delivery cost incurred during the process, up to a maximum of $80.  

The definition of a product defect includes: 

  • The garment itself is damaged, the seam is seriously detached, and the garment with bad sewing is deformed. 
  • The specifications of the shipped items are different from your order.

The definition of a product defect does not include: 

  • There is a color difference between the clothes themselves and the screen. 
  • The color difference between the color of the printed pattern and the screen (each screen has a color difference, and the screen and printing principle are different, so the actual printing effect will be slightly different from your screen, please carefully evaluate and confirm that it is acceptable before placing an order). 
  • The position of the print will also be slightly offset from the position of the thumbnail (within 3 cm).
